Tomorrow, we will have a Q&A session for the members of Japanese Phonetics with Fumi at 10 am, JST(Japan Standard Time) .

Right now, there are no questions from members, so I'm planning to introduce one of the long-selling picture books in Japan.
This book was published in 1963 and has been popular since. I would say that around 70%(or more ... maybe?) of all Japanese people either know about this book or are familiar with its characters.
Since adults don't usually discuss children's books, you might not be familiar with it either.
However, I think it would be interesting for you to learn about the kind of books that Japanese people had read to them by their parents or teachers when they were young.
