I'm sorry to bother you for the second time in one week, but tomorrow, I'll be hosting a Q&A session at 10 am JST (Japan Standard Time) for the course, Japanese Phonetics with Fumi.
As of now, no questions have been received, so if you have any, please feel free to let me know.
Additionally, I welcome any requests, such as reading aloud Japanese words, sentences, or poems for you to listen to how they sound.
If there are no questions or requests, I'm thinking of talking about Ghibli's newest anime, 君たちはどう生きるか (English title: The Boy and the Heron, but the direct translation of the Japanese title is "How do you live?") directed by Hayao Miyazaki.
The way they advertised the movie was unprecedented.
I mean, they didn't advertise the movie other than the poster I added here.
This bird is a heron, but we see an eye under its beak, so what's this??
They didn't release a trailer or a summary of the movie.
So nobody knew what the movie was about until it was released in theaters.
I watched it two weeks ago with my son, and I'm not sure if I liked it or not...
